FCN Student of the Week: Aiden Dong of Greensburg

Recognized for excelling in academics and having leadership

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A Greensburg third grader is being recognized as the FCN Student of the Week. 

Aiden Dong is being recognized by his teachers for being a spectacular student who excels in academics.  

“He is respectful, hard working, and kind to his classmates. Outside of the classroom, you will find Aiden working hard while playing tennis or swimming,” his teacher said. 

Aiden is also multilingual and speaks Mandarin as well as English. 

One teacher said he is gifted in many ways but remains humble and helpful with his classmates. 

“Anytime someone needs a supply item or his group needs tasks to be completed, Aiden is dependably there for his classmates,” the teacher said. 

“Aiden does a phenomenal job of displaying leadership by setting an excellent example,” they added. 

He is a student in Misty Cooney’s third grade class as well as June Rigney’s High Ability class.
