Flash Flood watch issued until 10 a.m. Thursday

(HOLTON, Ind.) -- Flash flooding is a concern in Southeast Indiana due to excessive rainfall in the past few hours.
A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for Ripley, Dearborn, Ohio, Franklin, Switzerland, Fayette and Union counties until 10AM Thursday.
There have already been some flooding reports in Holton, Osgood, and Versailles as of 12:30 a.m.
Turn around, don't drown!
The storms are still moving through the area and have prompted Tornado Warnings so far in Ripley, Dearborn, Switzerland, Ohio, Jennings, Jackson, Bartholomew counties.
