Frost Advisory, Freeze Watch in effect this week

(MILLHOUSEN, Ind.) – Those with sensitive plants around their home will want to cover them up or bring them inside this evening. 

The National Weather Service has issued a Frost Advisory during the overnight and early morning hours of Thursday. 

That is due to temperatures dropping to around 35 degrees. 

Temperatures will drop even further on Thursday night which has prompted a Freeze Watch.

A freeze watch is issued when there is a potential for significant, widespread freezing temperatures within the next 24-36 hours.

Looking ahead, there will be fall-like temperatures this weekend with a high close to 60 on Sunday.
