Fundraiser launched after woman injured after semi falls off jack

(OSGOOD, Ind.) – A Go Fund Me has been launched after a freak accident involving a semi in Osgood. 

David Benham and Jan Benham were working on David’s semi when it fell off the jack this past weekend. 

Jan suffered serious injuries as she was crushed underneath the semi, a family member said. 

She was rushed o a Cincinnati hospital and has undergone surgery, but still has a long road to recovery. 

David isn’t able to work due to the semi being inoperable as well. 

“He’s 76 and logging is his job plus he’s the main source of income and without the semi he can’t work but also can’t work being with her at the hospital,” the family member said.
