Fundraiser launched after young Greensburg father passes away

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A fundraiser has been launched after a young father in Greensburg passed away earlier this month. 

28-year-old Christopher Blankenship and his wife, Brianna, have three children. 

Christopher passed away after battling a long illness  on September 5. 

A Go Fund Me has been launched and organizers say the funds will be used to cover funeral expenses and provide a proper headstone. 

“Any contributions, no matter how small, are deeply appreciated and will go directly toward ensuring that his life is remembered with the dignity he deserves,” organizers said.
