Greendale Police investigate overnight vehicle break-ins

(GREENDALE, Ind.) -- Greendale Police are investigating a series of car break-ins that occurred overnight.

The break-ind occurred in the Beckett Landing area between 3:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. Tuesday.

"We have had several unlocked vehicles opened up and ransacked with money and other valuables taken, Greendale Police Chief Shane Slack said.

The department is asking anyone with cameras in that area to check their surveillance.
