Greendale to host "Rock the Blocktober" this Saturday

(GREENDALE, Ind.) – The City of Greendale will host “Rock the Blocktober” on Saturday, October 18. 

The event is sponsored by Greendale Main Street and will include food, live music, kids activities and more.

Admission is free and it takes place at Homestead Park which is located at 29 Dorman Avenue. 

Throughout the evening, attendees can enjoy live music by local artists Rock Steady, Wade & Murphy, Mike Detmer, and DJ MattyWestCoast in the city’s Homestead Park. 

The event will also feature an on-site beer garden as well as several food trucks. 

Kids activities will include face painting, games, and balloons.
