Greensburg DQ to support boy ahead of heart surgery

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – The Dairy Queen in Greensburg will donate a portion of their proceeds to a local boy.
5-year-old Bentley Jones was born with Aortic pulmonary disease and has already had one open heart surgery.
“But that surgery was unsuccessful so in September he will have to have another open heart surgery so they can replace his valve with a mechanical valve,” said his mom, Harley.
The Greensburg Dairy Queen will hold a fundraiser for Bentley from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5.
The restaurant will donate 10% of their sales to assist the family with their extended hospital stay and medical bills.
That Dairy Queen is located at 403 Freeland Avenue in Greensburg. Here is a flyer for the event:
