Greensburg native named assistant basketball coach at Manchester University

(NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind.) – A Greensburg native has been named the assistant basketball coach at Manchester University.
Cole Carder is a 2019 Greensburg graduate who majored in Sports Marketing and Management at IU before earning a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
He was a graduate assistant and Head Men’s reserves team coach at Bethel for the past two years.
“Carder brings a winning culture with him, during his time at Bethel, the Pilots had a record of 44-20 while reaching the Round of 32 and Round of 16 in the NAIA tournaments,” Manchester University said in a press release.
Manchester University is in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference and the men’s basketball program had a 10-16 record last year.
