(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Five Greensburg seniors are putting a focus on the future of healthcare.
The students are part of the high school’s Biomedical Innovation class which launched this year.
They were given the opportunity to explore the Emergency Room at Decatur County Memorial Hospital.
Following the visit, the students designed their own emergency room and considered all the factors that exist when operating the floor.
The course is led by teacher Katrina Peters and the five seniors are each planning to enter the healthcare field in the future.
