High winds cause power outages Friday

(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) – The high winds have led to hundreds of power outages in Southeast Indiana on Friday.
The outages are primarily affecting Duke Energy customers in Franklin, Ripley and Dearborn County.
There are 167 outages in Franklin County, 233 in Ripley County and 100 in Dearborn County as of 3 p.m. Friday.
Duke Energy has listed a restoration time of 5 p.m. in Dearborn County and around 8 p.m. in Franklin and Ripley counties.
