Hispanic heritage celebration Saturday to give back to Sunman veterans

(SUNMAN, Ind.) – It’s Hispanic Heritage Month and community members are invited to an event in Sunman this weekend. 

The Hispanic Heritage celebration will be held at the Sunman American Legion from 3-8 p.m. on Saturday, October 4. 

The event will feature cornhole, music, pinatas and of course, food. There will be soft tacos (carnitas and streak), Elote, Tamales and dessert. 

Alcohol will be available for purchase and there will also be a raffle for flowers and mums. 

The event welcomes all community members and proceeds will be given back to the Sunman American Legion.

The Sunman American Legion is located at 412 Eastern Avenue in Sunman.
