Hospital Foundation of Decatur County raises $18K during golf outing

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – The Hospital Foundation of Decatur County recently hosted their annual golf outing fundraiser.
The Event ‘Fore’ Caring was held at Greensburg County Club and raised $18,656 which go toward local healthcare initiatives at Decatur County Memorial Hospital (DCMH).
“This event is proof of what can happen when a caring community comes together,” said Mandy Jo Lohrum, Director of Development. “The funds raised will make a meaningful difference for our patients and staff—and we are incredibly grateful for the sponsors and participants who made it all possible.”
The annual fundraiser brought together generous donors, local businesses, and community members for a day of fun, fellowship, and heartfelt support for local health.
The golf outing, awards ceremony, and raffle prizes, were all designed to raise awareness and funds for patient care improvements, equipment upgrades, and wellness initiatives at DCMH.
