(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – Batesville drivers who hope to use Huntersville Road’s overpass got some bad news on Monday.
The bridge has been closed for repairs since March and was originally scheduled to reopen in August.
INDOT has announced that the reopening has now been pushed back to at least mid-November. The schedule was changed due to project material adjustments, officials said.
The $2.6M project is being conducted by Sunesis and the construction will also cause some slowdowns and periodic shoulder closures on I-74.
