Hurricane Isaias remnants to bring heavy rains this weekend

(GUILFORD, Ind.) – The remnants of Hurricane Isaias will arrive in Southeast Indiana on Saturday night and Sunday. 

Isaias made landfall on the Gulf Coast Friday night as a strong Category 2 storm but has weakened significantly as it has come north. 

Rain is possible in our area beginning after 6 p.m. Saturday and you can expect showers through the majority of Sunday morning and afternoon. Breezy winds will also be possible. 

Looking ahead, Monday will be sunny and cloudy with highs in the lows 80’s.
