ICE conducts immigration raids in Seymour on Monday

(SEYMOUR, Ind.) – Federal authorities conducted immigration raids in Seymour on Monday morning.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested numerous undocumented mmigrants, officials said.
ICE was assisted by the FBI, Homeland Security, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the Seymour Police Department.
“All arrestees were taken into federal custody and are subject to deportation,” the Seymour Police Department stated.
It was not made clear how many people were arrested or where it took place.
