(HARRISON, Ind.) – A benefit ride will be held for a Dearborn County who is in need of a kidney transplant.
49-year-old Rebecca “Becky” Bernhardt is awaiting a donor and has already had several procedures.
Becky and her husband are diehard car show participants and have attended numerous benefit rides.
Friends have organized a benefit Jeep ride that will meet at the Harrison VFW Post at 9160 Lawrenceburg Road in Harrison.
It will take place from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 26.
“Let us all come together as a community to help alleviate some of the financial burdens due to overwhelming medical expenses,” an organizer said.
