Jennings County teen charged with attempted murder

(NORTH VERNON, Ind.) – A teenager has been charged with attempted murder after multiple people were stabbed in Jennings County. 

Police responded to a home in Geneva Township on Sunday and say they found three people suffering from wounds. 

Deputies performed life-saving aid on the victims and also applied tourniquets. 

“Three patients were ultimately treated, two of whom were airlifted to trauma centers for advanced care,” the sheriff's office said. 

18-year-old Adrianna Harris was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder.

She is currently being held without bond in the Jennings County Jail as the investigation continues.
