Jet ski catches fire on Brookville Lake Friday

DNR is investigating the incident

(LIBERTY, Ind.) – Nobody was hurt after a jet ski caught fire on Brookville Lake Friday afternoon. 

The incident happened around 11:50 a.m. at the Fairfield Boat Ramp.

A DNR officer tells us that the incident could have been worse if not for the driver recognizing a problem on the jet ski. 

The fire is under investigation by the DNR.
