Local police, Dunkin Donuts to raise funds for Special Olympics Friday

Police officers will be on the roof!

(GREENDALE, Ind.) – There will be a police presence at some area Dunkin’ Donuts on Friday morning and it is all for a good cause. 

Cop on a Rooftop is an annual initiative where law enforcement officers will be at Dunkin’ locations collecting money in support of local Special Olympic athletes. 

It takes place from 5 a.m. to noon on Friday, May 16. 

Dunkin’ guests who donate to Cop on a Rooftop will receive a coupon for a free donut. Guests who donate $10 or more will receive a coupon for a free medium hot coffee

The Batesville Police Department will be at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 904 State Rd 229. 

Greendale police officers will be at 448 Dunkin Drive. 

For those who can't make it, Venmo donations are also being accepted.
