It's a surprise!

(NAPOLEON, Ind.) – A priest with ties to several local parishes will celebrate a half-century in the priesthood.
Fr. Bill Turner was ordained in 1975 and currently serves at St. Maurice in Napoleon, Immaculate Conception in Millhousen, and St. Denis in Jennings County.
He has previously served at St. Anne Parish in Hamburg, St. Martin Parish in Yorkville, St. Paul Parish in New Alsace, St. Mary’s Of The Rock in Franklin County and St. Mary Parish in Rushville.
A surprise celebration will be held at the St. Maurice Parish Hall in Napoleon on Saturday, June 14.
It will begin immediately following the 4 p.m. Mass and parishioners from other churches are invited to attend.
There will be a pitch-in dinner with drinks and meat provided.
“Greeting cards are encouraged and we hope to pack the hall and make it a special night of memories for Father Bill,” organizers said.
