Local teams to compete for Sectional title tonight

(AURORA, Ind.) – Some local basketball teams will play for a sectional championship tonight. 

Batesville and South Dearborn will battle for a trip to the Class 3A Regionals. Tipoff is at 7:30 p.m. at South Dearborn. 

Milan will host Hauser for the Sectional 60 championship and the game will begin at 7:30 p.m.

South Decatur will travel to Straughn, Indiana to play Tri High School in the Sectional 59 Championship. Tipoff is at 7 p.m. 

Seymour will host New Albany in the Sectional 15 title matchup in Class 4A basketball with tipoff at 7:30 p.m. 

Just a week after the girls went back-to-back as state champs, the Borden Braves will host West Washington in the Sectional 63 game at 7 p.m.

Providence and Paoli will square off in the Sectional 46 championship in Salem at 7 p.m.
