Man walks away from crash down Texas canyon

(AMARILLO, TX.) – A man walked away from a car crash that landed hundreds of feet into a canyon in Texas.
It happened at Palo Duro Canyon State Park near Amarillo on March 8.
The man said he had a tire blowout which caused his to veer off the road and down into a canyon.
He mentioned that he was able to walk from his vehicle to the Mack Dick Pavilion the following morning,” Texas State Park Police said.
He only suffered a possible concussion and broken ribs despite the car rolling downhill approximately 200 feet.
