Milan senior to wrestle in college

(MILAN, Ind.) – A Milan senior has announced that he will continue his wrestling career in college. 

Matthew Baylor signed his letter of intent to wrestle at Wabash College on Thursday. 

Baylor advanced to the IHSAA State Finals twice in his career and earned a 38-2 record this past season. 

The senior advanced to the state finals last month along with his brother, Mason, who is just a freshman.

“It’s not an everyday thing that you get to accomplish your goals, let alone with your younger brother. It feels good to know all the work we’ve put in is paying off and it just makes it 10 times better going with my brother,” Matthew said.
