NKY restaurant to hold fundraiser for Aurora teen with cancer

(AURORA, Ind.) – A restaurant in Northern Kentucky will be supporting an Aurora teenager this weekend.
18-year-old Rose Viers was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and is receiving treatment at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
This is her senior summer and she was planning to attend college in North Carolina before the cancer diagnosis.
Longnecks Sports Grill in Hebron is holding a fundraiser called ‘Roses for Rose’ from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday, August 9.
Tell your server you are there for ‘Roses for Rose’ and 15 percent of your purchase will be donated to her.
The event will also feature raffle prizes and attendees are asked to wear pink.
Longnecks Sports Grill is located at 3220 North Bend Road in Hebron, Kentucky.
