(FRIENDSHIP, Ind.) – The annual NMLRA National Youth Shoot took place in Friendship this weekend.
It featured 93 shooters who competed in eight different shooting events. To be eligible, the participants had to be under 19-years-old.
“Throughout the competition, participants demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, marksmanship, and a commitment to firearm safety while learning and enjoying the traditions of muzzleloading and other shooting sports and tomahawk,” organizers said.
The event also included a cookout, foam party, music, a movie, and other activities.
Organizers thanked the sponsors and volunteers who made the event possible.
The NLMRA National Championship Shoot in Friendship is scheduled for September 12-20.
