Officials in Maine capture two people who crossed border illegally

(CASWELL, ME.) – The conversations about illegal immigration typically revolve around the southern border.
However, U.S. Border Patrol agents are also monitoring the border between the United States and Canada.
Agents in Maine recently received a tip about suspicious activity near the Canadian border.
They used a drone during the investigation and located two people moving through a wooded area away from the border. The drone operator was able to guide an agent on the ground to that location.
Officials say the two people are from Romania and had crossed the border illegally.
