Oldenburg Sisters recognize 2026 jubilarians

(OLDENBURG, Ind.) – The Sisters of St. Francis is recognizing some of their members who are celebrating significant milestones in 2026.
There are 13 jubilarians this year and a special Mass and ceremony will be held on July 26.
The longest-serving jubilarian is Sister Theresa Trick who is celebrating 80 years as an Oldenburg Franciscan.
She entered the community in 1946 and spent two decades teaching at various schools in Indiana and Ohio.
There are 5 sisters who are celebrating 75 years with the community and they are Mary Louise Werner, Ruth Mary Forthofer, Edna Martini, Ruthann Boyle, and Francesca Thompson.
Celebrating 70 years of commitment are Sisters Mailyn Chall, Bernice Roell, Linda Bates, and Ruth Marie Kluemper.
Sister Margaret Horney celebrates 60 years and Sister Judy Crooker marks 40 years in the community.
