Painter makes Veteran-themed mural at Greensburg business

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A Greensburg business has received a new patriotic mural.

Five Points Tire Service was looking for an updated paint scheme and contacted local artist Bev Wilson.

The project originally just included updating the Eagle on the flag and their business name.

“During our conversations while I painted, many conversations were about how they wished they could add something to the painting that would honor Veterans,” Wilson said.

Both the business and Wilson would exchange ideas and after several months, the building is now Veteran-themed.

“They were such nice folks to work with. I would add something to the building and think it was done, but a few days later we would come up with something else that we wanted to add,” Wilson explained.
