Photos: Dillsboro honors locals with Veterans Walk

(DILLSBORO, Ind.) – The Dillsboro community is continuing their tradition of veterans during Memorial Day. 

The Veterans Walk is located near the intersection of North and Front Street and it features hundreds of yard signs. 

Each yard sign pays tribute to a local veteran by listing their name, branch and medals received, as well as if they were a POW or made the ultimate sacrifice.

The American Legion Northcutt-Laaker Post will hold their Memorial Day Service at Oakdale Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
