(NAPOLEON, Ind.) – A South Decatur graduate who just won the NAIA Basketball National Championship will be at a Napoleon restaurant on Friday night.
Lane Lauderbaugh plays for Freed-Hardeman University who beat an Oklahoma college to win the national title in Kansas City earlier this week.
Lauderbaugh was fouled late in the game and made two free throws to seal the victory.
A championship celebration will be held at The Union Bar & Grill at 7 p.m. where Lauderbaugh and several teammates will be present.

His dad, Neil, owns the restaurant and has organized the party. Community members are invited to attend the restaurant to celebrate with the players.
Freed-Hardeman University is located between Nashville and Memphis in Tennessee. The win this week marked their second NAIA national title in 3 years.
The Union Bar & Grill will also have dinner specials tonight and you can get more information here.
