Storms, high winds expected on Saturday

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – We could experience severe weather in Southeast Indiana on Saturday. 

Strong storms are possible with the added mix of high winds. 

A Wind Advisory has been issued for Dearborn, Ripley, Ohio and Switzerland counties from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. Saturday. 

Forecasters say wind gusts of up to 40 miles per hour are possible. 

The first round of storms are expected Saturday morning, before a dry period in the afternoon. 

A second round of thunderstorms are possible Saturday night and into Sunday.
