(HOLTON, Ind.) – Three people were arrested during a Thanksgiving Eve drug bust in Holton.
Ripley County deputies raided a home around around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and say they found methamphetamine, syringes, scales, and marijuana.
35-year-old Lucas Vaughn was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe among other charges.
29-year-old Alexandrea Curry, of Holton, was also arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance while 34-year-old Destiny Walker, of Versailles, was charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance.
“This operation reflects the tremendous teamwork and coordination required to safely execute a search warrant and remove dangerous drugs from our community,” said Sheriff Rob Bradley.
The sheriff’s office credited the work of the deputies and a partnering agency who was involved.
“Their collective effort not only ensures the safety of our personnel, but strengthens our ongoing commitment to protecting the residents of this county. We will continue to work tirelessly to keep illegal drugs off our streets” the department stated.
