(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Tractors, construction vehicles and police cars are requested for a birthday surprise!
Emmett Howard is turning 4-years-old on Sunday and there will be a birthday party at Rebekah Park in Greensburg.
His family is hoping to surprise Emmett with a parade at 2 p.m. Sunday.
They are hoping to see tractors, construction equipment and police cars in the parade.
