(FREER, TX.) – Three sisters in South Texas have shared the court and the field for as long as they remember.
Daniela, Gabriela and Ysela Salinas are triplets who are dominating in three sports at Freer High School.
The 17-year-olds are excelling in volleyball, basketball and softball.
Gabriela tore her ACL this past basketball season but has been there rooting on her sisters who both received All-District honors.
Freer ISD Athletic Director Fran Adami told KRIS-TV that this is the first set of triplets competing on the same team that she has seen in nearly 50 years.
"If they don't have their uniforms on and they're out there flashing around and stuff - it is very hard to tell them apart. Cause they do move very much alike, but I know their numbers, so now I know," Adami said.
