(AURORA, Ind.) – The Indiana Department of Transportation is wrapping up the construction project on U.S. 50 in Aurora.
Crews have been conducting a pavement rehabilitation project between State Road 350 and Dutch Hollow Road since April. It led to lane closures and traffic detours.
On Monday, INDOT announced that all eastbound and westbound lanes on U.S. 50 have been reopened.
“Crews will return to install guardrail and permanent pavement markings, and to complete minor punch list items using intermittent single lane closures,” an INDOT official stated.
The project is part of a $8.7 million contract that was contracted to Paul H. Rohe.
