Video appears to show moments surrounding alleged Milan shooting

(MILAN, Ind.) – Cell phone video appears to show the moments leading up to an alleged shooting in Milan on Saturday night. 

The incident happened during a party at a property on County Road 650 North. 

One person was taken to the hospital with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries. 

The Indiana State Police are currently investigating the situation. No charges have been filed at the time of this publication. 

The video above appears to show the moments that a shot was fired during the party.
