West is headed south in transfer portal

Greensburg alum previously played for IU

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Greensburg graduate Sam West announced last week that he was leaving Indiana University and entering the transfer portal. 

It has taken less than 10 days for the tight end to find a new home.

West is joining the Mississippi State football team.  

The team finished at the bottom of the SEC in 2024 with a 2-10 record.
