Aurora woman killed in 2-car crash in Greendale Monday

(GREENDALE, Ind.) – An Aurora woman was killed after a two-vehicle crash in Greendale on Monday.

The accident happened around 4 p.m. across from the Sinclair Gas Station on East Eads Parkway. 

Greendale Police say 52-year-old Christina Reece, of Aurora, was driving a vehicle that collided with another car that was operated by a 17-year-old from Aurora. 

Reece had to be extricated from the vehicle and was pronounced dead.

A passenger in Reece’s vehicle was also rushed to a hospital for undisclosed injuries, police added.

The condition of the teen driver of the other vehicle was not released. The accident remains under investigation.
