Batesville's Applefest takes place on Sept. 27, 28

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The Batesville Kiwanis will host the annual Applefest on September 27 and 28 at Liberty Park. 

Saturday’s event will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will feature a 5K, vendors, woodturning demonstrations, musical entertainment, dance and karate performances and an archery expo. 

On Sunday, the Applefest Pageant will take place at 1 p.m. and the Eureka Band will perform at 2:30 p.m.

Several vendor booths and food trucks will be open both days.
