(OSGOOD, Ind.) – A fundraiser has been launched for a familiar face behind the meat counter at Versailles Hometown IGA.
59-year-old Ron Adams, of Osgood, recently had a stroke and has been hospitalized at a Cincinnati hospital.
The family hopes to transfer him to a rehabilitation hospital for more therapy as he attempts to regain his strength and speech.
“He was the main provider of his household holding a great job with our local IGA as the meat manager. This has placed great stress on the family figuring out how to help with his significant other,” the family said.
A Go Fund Me fundraiser has been launched for Adams and his family.
