Fire happened early Sunday morning

(CONNERSVILLE, Ind.) – A fundraiser has been launched for a family who were displaced by a fire in Connersville over the weekend.
It occurred on West Western Avenue and there were three apartment units affected by what has deemed an accidental fire.
One of the tenants works at Honda in Greensburg and a co-worker of his says the family certainly could use the help.
“He came home Saturday to his house on fire, luckily the girlfriend got the kids out safely but they are stuck with no place to go,” Trinity Williams told The 812.
The family said the fire claimed their belongings including important documents and the ashes of a deceased daughter.
“Having finally begun to rebuild our lives, my heart now breaks for my children. I humbly request that you keep us in your prayers and thoughts, and I kindly ask for any financial support that may be available. If you are unable to contribute financially, please share our situation with others who may be able to provide assistance,” said Jennifer Blanco Alarcon.
