(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – A fundraiser has been launched for a local woman who is hospitalized.
Family members say Trisha Wilson, of Versailles, is battling pancreatitis and is currently in a medically-induced coma.
“Our family is holding on to hope and believing in her strength every day. We know she’s a fighter, and we’re doing everything we can to support her and each other through this challenging time,” said her son, Donavon Wilson.
The rising medical bills and the daily challenges led Donavon to create a Go Fund Me for his mom.
“We’re reaching out for help because we believe in the kindness of our community and the power of coming together,” he added.
