Gold Star Versailles to donate 100% of ways sales to Walters family

(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – Gold Star Chili in Versailles is stepping up in a big way to support a local family who suffered a tragedy. 

Jordan and Sierra Walters, of Milan, were both killed when their vehicle was struck by a pickup that crossed the centerline on State Road 350 in Moores Hill on Friday, June 12. 

Their two young sons, who were inside the vehicle, were briefly hospitalized. 

This Monday through Thursday, Gold Star Chili in Versailles will donate 100% of all sales from 3-, 4, and 5,-ways directly to the Walters Family Benefit Fund. 

“Gold Star will also be collecting cash and round-up donations from food purchases to support the family,” the restaurant said. 

The restaurant is located at 326 South Washington Street and their hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
