Greensburg animal shelter needs foster homes due to flooding

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – The Greensburg Decatur County Animal Shelter is facing an immediate evacuation due to flooding. 

A creek near the shelter on West Park Road is flooding and will likely get worse. 

The shelter is seeking temporary foster homes for 17 dogs and 37 cats. 

"If you're able to foster, please come to the shelter but DO NOT TAKE PARK ROAD. It is flooded,” the shelter said.
