Huntersville Road bridge in Batesville opens

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The bridge on Huntersville Road in Batesville is now open. 

It had been closed since March as contactors built a new bridge over I-74.

The bridge was originally slated to open in August but was delayed until November due to material adjustments. 

The $2.6 million project was conducted by Sunesis who was contracted by the Indiana Department of Transportation.
