Every Sole Counts is a newly-formed nonprofit that is dedicated to providing access to high-quality gear for runners who have disabilities. Learn more about the organization here.
Their first-ever event is called “Four on the Fourth” and it is a 4-mile run or walk on Friday, July 4.
“The course begins at Liberty Park, continues through beautiful Brum Woods, back past Liberty Park through The Plex and Bill Gillespie Soccer Park towards the YMCA and then back to Liberty Park for the finish,” organizers said.
They will also host a costume contest for the most patriotic costume and a raffle with proceeds benefiting Every Sole Counts.
