The dealership was closed Thursday

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.)  – A Lawrenceburg car dealership is closed Thursday after an early morning fire.

Multiple crews responded to the Jeff Wyler dealership around 2:20 a.m. to a report of flames coming out of the roof. 

The fire was knocked down in about 30 minutes but there was damage in the service area as well as in the showroom.

The Indiana State Fire Marshal’s office has been asked to assist with the investigation. 

“If you have a question about your vehicle that was left overnight, we will be reaching out to all affected customers. Please do not go to the dealership today as the fire department continues their investigation and we want to ensure the safety of all of our valued customers,” the dealership said.
