Happened on St. Mary's Road

(ST. MARY’S, Ind.) – It likely hasn’t been a great day for a truck driver in Ripley County.
A truck carrying a wide-load got stuck while negotiating curves on St. Mary’s Road outside of Penntown.
The incident happened around 6 a.m.
More than 14 hours later, the truck was still stuck at 8:30 p.m. tonight.
The road has been closed all day as crews such as TDS Heavy Towing in New Point have been working to get the truck and trailer removed from the roadway.
It is unclear if the semi has been removed as of 10 p.m. Tuesday.
