Ride, cornhole benefit Saturday for local mom battling cancer

Held at New Marion Fire House

(HOLTON, Ind.) – A benefit ride and cornhole competition today will benefit a Ripley County woman who is battling lung cancer.

The Benefit for Abby Dicken will be held at the New Marion Fire House in Holton.

The jeep ride will have registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. and it will take off at 11 a.m. from the fire station.

A meal will be held between 1-3 p.m. and cornhole sign-ups start at 2 p.m.

Last month, a South Ripley student took the initiative by herself to contact us to tell us about the benefit. You can read that here.

It will also include a bake sale, silent auction and split the pot.
